PRIVACY POLICY
Community Mountain ("we," "us," or "our"), a nonprofit organization, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices for the Platform and Services. As a nonprofit, we are generally exempt from many state comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., VCDPA, ICDPA, KCDPA, and similar laws in states providing broad nonprofit exemptions). However, in states without broad exemptions (e.g., Colorado, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Oregon) or where thresholds are met, we aim to follow best practices. We do not sell personal information or use it for commercial targeted advertising.
By using the Services, you consent to these practices. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you enable such a signal in your browser, we will treat it as an opt-out from any potential sale/sharing of personal information (though we do not engage in sales/sharing for commercial purposes).

We use reasonable safeguards (e.g., encryption, controls). No system is fully secure; report issues promptly.

For educational initiatives involving minors, we require parental/guardian consent and involvement. Parents/guardians can review/delete child data or withdraw consent by contacting us.
8. Data Retention
