Exhibitor Information

Event Purpose: Join us to equip families and youth for the coming school year. Bring information and materials to educate our community on the services you offer. We aim to provide details on essential services such as food, shelter, medical care, and clothing. Additionally, we will offer information on life skills education, vocational & career readiness, career opportunities, and career development.

Event Highlights: Distribution of NEW shoes, clothing, and back-to-school supplies, eye exams, workforce readiness classes, and exciting activities including a cook-out by the Lynchburg Police Department. Welcoming our NEW LCS Superintendent – Dr. Kristy Somerville- Midgette. She will be there to greet the community and introduce a new vision.

Exhibitor Information: We invite your organization to participate by setting up an exhibitor table to distribute information, connect with the community, and network with other organizations. Please bring useful supplies or items to help people contact you.

Exhibitor Requirements: 

• Registration with OCOV is mandatory. Use our Registration Form to register for this event.  

• Bring your own table, chairs, and tent/canopy. 

• Setup time: 9 AM - 10 AM on August 9, 2025 

• No fee or sponsorship required

• Note: Do not drive on The Dell. Use a cart or dolly for transporting exhibit materials. OCOV will have golf carts and volunteers to assist in setting up and take down.
